1 Separation into three species maintained partly because of the arguments put forward by Schodde & Mason (1999) [Schodde, 1999 #3524] and partly because no substantive case has ever been made to the contrary; cf. Mayr (1953) [Mayr, 1953 #15730] and Christidis & Boles (2008) [Christidis, 2008 #11602].
